EXTENSION OF SUBMISSION FOR
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOL) FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF NCC
EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION CENTERS (ECC)
As part of the efforts to implement the Emergency Communication Center (ECC) initiative, the Nigerian Communications Commission is desirous of engaging the services of reputable firms with experience in emergency response center management. The centers which are located in 36 states of the Federation and the FCT are expected to be managed on 24-hour, 7-day cycle to achieve the desired objectives. The Commission hereby invites Expression of Interest from call center managers for the management of the above mentioned centers.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Centers will be run on a 24-hour, 7-day cycle on an outsourced arrangement The engagement shall be on a three-year renewable contract basis.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Certificate of company registration/ incorporation.
- Demonstrable and verifiable experience of not less than two (2) years in contact center service provision.
- Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the Last three (3) years,
- Tax identification number (TIN)
- VAT registration certificate.
- Evidence of financial capability.
SUBMISSION OF EOI
Submission of EoI earlier scheduled for 9th June, 2010 has been extended till 4pm 18th June, 2010.
