Addendum to invitation to tender For Contract, 2013 Capital Projects

The National Theatre, Lagos wishes to refer to its earlier publication in the following National Dailies and Federal Tender Journal on “Invitation to Tender for Contract for 2013 Capital Project”

1.       Daily Trust Newspaper of 8^th April, 2013

2.       Thisday Newspaper of 8^th April, 2013

3.       Federal Tender Journal of 8^th -21^st April, 2013

In addition to the earlier information, bidders are to note that;

A.      Evidence of Registration with the National Theatre is no longer required.

B.      Technical Bids and Financial Bids are to be in separate envelopes.

C.      While only the technical bids will be opened on the Bids Opening Day.

the date of Financial Bid Opening will be communicated to successful bidders,

D.      Bid Submission is still on or before 21^st May, 2013

E.      While submission closes at 10:00am on 21^st May, 2013, the opening of bids commences immediately afterwards the same day.
