Invitation for Tender for Execution of ETF Special Project

The Ogun State Basic Universal Basic Education Board has been given approval by the Education Trust Fund (ETF) to go ahead with the implementation of 2010 ETF BOT Special Project for execution at Community Primary School Project for execution at Community Primary School, Adiyan in Ifo Local Government Education Authority. Interested, competent and reliable contractors are therefore invited to tender for the project.

Scope of Project:

Construction of a three (3)-floor block of 9-classrooms

Pre-Qualification Requirement:

Interested and bale contractors are to submit along with their application the following documents:

  • Evidence of registration of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission
  • Evidence of professional qualification of key staff
  • Evidence of professional registration with Ogun state Ministry of Works
  • Evidence of similar job completed within the past three (3) years
  • Evidence of verifiable building construction equipment
  • Evidence of three (3) years Tax clearance of two Directors from Ogun State Government
  • Evidence of VAT Registration Certificate
  • Bank draft of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) payable to Ogun State Universal Basic Education Board at First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Abeokuta.

Submission:

All valid tender documents should be submitted in sealed envelope market “Tender for Special ETF Project” and addressed to: The Tender Secretary, Ogun state Universal Basic Education Board, P.M.B 2011, Abeokuta.

Note:

All successful contractors shall cover their contract sum with Bank Guarantee Bond.
