Applications are invited from reputable and interested contractors/vendors to bid for the projects listed in the table below on the main campus of the Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Otto/Ijanikin, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Pre Qualification Requirements
Interested contractors need to show the following to pre-qualify and be considered for tendering:
- Registration/Incorporation Certificate with Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Evidence of registration as a contractor with Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education in the appropriate category.
- Evidence of qualification/registration with appropriate professional bodies, where applicable.
- Evidence of execution of similar projects stating clearly the contract sum of the projects including copies of letters of award and completion certificate in the past 3 years.
- Company audited accounts in the past 3 years.
- Evidence of payment of non-refundable bidding fees for the projects.
- Evidence of financial capacity, including bank reference.
- Tax Clearance Certificate.
- VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of remittance.
- Evidence of payment of Education Tax for the current year 2009/2010.
The bidding fees should be in bank draft(s) of any of the following banks: First Bank Plc, Union Bank Plc, UBA Plc or FCMB Plc, in favour of Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Otto/Ijanikin, Lagos State.
