The Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria hereby Invites qualification and tenders from interested contractors, companies/firms, for the execution of ETF BOT-SPECIAL intervention projects for the 2010.
Lot 1: Construction of 1 No Storey Academic Staff Offices Complex ETF Project No. NBPOLY/ Zaria/BOT-SP/ETF/10/02 /
Lot 2: Procurement of Water Tanker (12,000L Mercedes MB 1720) ETF project No. NBPOLY/ZARIA/BOT-SP/ETF/10/02
Lot 3: Procurement of Students Bus (Toyota Coaster Bus 30 Seater) ETF Project No. NBPOLY/Zaria/BOT-SP/ETF/10/03
Lot 4: Procurement of Student Benches and Staff Office Furniture ETF Project No, NBPOLY/ZARIA/BOT-SP/ETF/10/04
2. Pre-Qualification Requirements
i. Company Profile
ii. Evidence of registration as contractor with Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic and Kaduna State Government
iii. Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
iv. List of similar Jobs executed previously
v. Evidence of Tax Clearance
vi. A letter of credibility from the bank as a customer that maintain an account in the bank

3. Tender Documents
Tender documents are obtainable at the office of the Director, Physical Planning Department, upon payment of non-refundable fees of N50,000.00 only Contractors, Companies/Firms who have satisfied pre-qualification condition on above, will have their tenders examined.
4. Submission Requirement
All completed tender documents must be sealed and marked “Confidential E.T.F BOT-Special Intervention Tender 2010” and returned to the office of the Registrar, on or before 12noon, on 6th June 2011. The documents will be opened at 12:30pm on the closing date at the Board Room of the Polytechnic.
