Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tendering For
Works and Supply of Books
The Council of Legal education, Nigerian Law School intends to engage in the following in furtherance of the implementation of the Capital Projects for 2010.
LOT I: Drilling of Industrial Borehole and Connection of Water to Overhead Tanks in the Enugu Campus.
LOT II: Construction of Perimeter Fence at the Kano Campus.
LOT III: Construction of Water Treatment and Reticulation System at the Kano Campus.
LOT IV: Supply of Books to the Headquarters, and Lagos, Enugu and Kano Campuses
LOT V: Supply of Books to the New Campus, Yenagoa,
LOT VI: Supply of Books to the New Campus, Yola.
LOT VII: Supply of Toyota Landcruiser,
Interested reputable Companies/ Suppliers are hereby invited to submit pre-qualification and Commercial Bid Documents. The Pre-qualification Bid Documents should include the following;
1. Profile of Company
2. List of Key personnel and their respective resume
3. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
4. Evidence of Financial Capacity-reference from a reputable bank,
5. Evidence of fulfillment of all obligations to pay taxes, pension and social security contributions.
6. Verifiable experience in works/supplies of similar nature and scope.
7. Tax clearance Certificate for the immediate past 3 years,
8. VAT Certificate where applicable
9. A sworn Affidavit disclosing (1) Whether or not any officer of the relevant Committees of the Bureau of Public Procurement or of the Council of Legal Education or the Nigerian Law School is former or present director, shareholder of the Company, or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder or bid.(2)No director of the Company had been convicted for criminal offence (3) All information in the bid is correct in all respects to the best knowledge of the tender.
10. Any other documents/ information to support application.
A copy of the Tender Documents can be obtained from office of the Secretary, Procurement Planning Committee, upon payment of N10, 000.00 only for Tender Fee, for each of the Lots by Draft, drawn on Zenith Bank Plc to the Accounts Department of the Nigerian Law School, Bwari. Each Tender should be sealed and forwarded under Confidential Cover, marked “Confidential” and Indicating in full the Lot at the Top Left Corner of the envelope and addressed to:

To reach him on or before 1st November 2010. All bids will be opened immediately after closure of bidding in the Conference Room of the Nigerian Law School
