Abadam Local Government of Borno state wishes to pre-qualify interested and competent contractors as part of preliminaries for implementations of project to execute as follows:
(1) Construction of shopping complex 5 Nos of shops at Abadam market
(2) Construction of guest house 4 bedrooms and toilets at Mallam
(3) Completion of Yaumawango clinic
(4) Construction of ultra modern government lodge at Mallam Fatori
(5) Construction of 2 blocks of classrooms and office
(6) Supply of 10 Nos of threshing machine
(6) Supply of 2, 500 liters of glycel chemicals
(8) Completion of juma’at mosques at
(a) Kessa’a
(b) Hobbarti
(9) Purchase of medicals equipment to hospital and clinics
(10) Construction of 10 Nos of plastic overhead tanks
(11) Purchase of 2 Nos Toyota jeep 470/v8
(12) Sinking of cement wells
(13) Drilling of motorist tube wells/shallow boreholes
(14) Drilling of boholes
Pre-Qualification Requirement
1. Certificate of incorporation
3. Company audited account for 3 years
4. Evidence of tax clearance for 3 years
5. Evidence of financial capability/banking support
6. Experience and technical qualification of key personnel
7. Record of previous executed projects
8. Evidence of settlement and PAYEE and other withholding tax
9. VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittance
10. Any otter document that will enhance your competency and reliability.
Tender are hereby invited from suitable qualified bidders for the execution of the above projects. Bidders may indicate their interest in one or more lots. Each lot must however have separate application and near left hand corner of envelope marked with relevant project.
Completed pre-qualification package should be sent to Abadam local government secretariat in separate and sealed envelope marked “Pre-Qualification Documents” and delivered not later than 23rd April, 2012
