The Gabasawa Local Government Kano State hereby invites tenders from competent and interested companies/contractors to participate in a competitive tendering process for the following jobs:
1. Construction of classroom blocks at Mazauta, Jigar GGSS ZaKirai, GSS Zugachi and Gabasawa Kudu.
2. Construction of Yumbu Bridge Phase II
3. Purchase of Health Services Equipments
4. Completion of electrification project at the following locations:
i. Mekiya-Garun Danga
ii. Yarzabaina
iii. Mekiya-Ballagaza
iv. Guruma-Malamawa-Yarkanya
v. Falali-Jijitar
Qualification for Bidding
To qualify for consideration, interested companies/contractors are required to submit the following:
i. Evidence of incorporate with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Company audited account for last three (3) years
iii. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
iv. Evidence of financial capability/banking support
v. Experience and technical qualification of key personnel
vi. Record of previous executed projects
vii. Evidence of settlement and PAYEE and other withholding tax
viii. VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittance
ix. Any other relevant information
Submission of Documents:
All documents must reach the office of the Chief Personnel Officer on or before 2nd April 2012.
