Invitation for Bid from Auctioneer

Applications are invited from reputable, competent and suitably qualified Auctioneers to be appointed for the disposal of decommissioned assets on behalf of AUMTCO.

Interested auctioneers should forward their applications accompanied by the following documents:

1. Evidence of company registration with the CAC
2. Certified true copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. Company Profile d.
4. Tax clearance certificate for the last three years
5. Evidence of financial competence
6. Evidence of similar assignment executed in the past
7. Registration with the relevant Government Agency as a Licensed Auctioneer
8. Evidence of VAT registration.

The documents must be submitted in the order listed above, sealed in an envelope with “Auctioneer” clearly marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope.

All applications must be received not later than 19^th November, 2012 and addressed to:
