Invitation to Tender: AMENDMENT Supply and Installation of Hp Server, Software and Document Management System (Microsoft Share point)
Introduction
THE Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) is committed to excellent service delivery in pursuit of its statutory functions and therefore aimed at continuous improvement in its operations.
Following amendment to the earlier advertised ICT bid, NEITI now invites interested companies who have earlier submitted bids under Lots 1 and 2 for resubmission of revised bid documents.
The revised bid include -HP server, Software and DMS (Microsoft SharePoint) to be funded under its 2012 Budget.

Scope of Supplies/Work
The scope of supplies is as follows:
Supply and Installation of HP Server, Software and Document Management System (DMS) – Microsoft SharePoint.
Re-Submission of Bids:
1. Pre Qualification Requirements:
Firms are expected to satisfy the following requirements:
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
- Evidence of Tax Clearance for the past three years (2009 to 2012)
- Company profile including Curriculum Vitae of the firm’s top executives and personnel of Alliance/partnership with relevant OEMs or licensors
- Details of similar assignment executed in the last three years.
- Audited Accounts for the last 3 years 2011, 2010, 2009
- Letter of Financial backing from a reputable Financial Institution
- Evidence of submission of bid security of not less than 2% of the total proposed financial offer from a reputable bank.
2. Bidding Process
The tendering exercise will be conducted under national competitive process in line with the Procurement Guidelines under the Public Procurement Act of 2007.
Detailed procedure on the bidding process is contained in the bid documents contained in a CD ROM to be obtained at the NEITI Headquarters.
3. Collection and Submission of Bid Documents
Tender documents can be obtained free of charge at the address indicated below. Bids documents can be obtained between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday by Bidders or their representatives upon satisfactory identification.
4. Closing and Opening of Tender
Bids must be submitted in sealed and clearly marked envelopes indicating name of Company and the name of procurement. Submission of tender shall close on 28th September, 2012 by 10.00am. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:00 am.
Interested bidders, their representatives and members of the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) can attend the public opening of the tender.
