Tenders are here invited from interested reputable Building Civil Engineering General contractors, registered with Oriade Local Council Development for the under listed projects due for execution within the Council Area.

(I) Imoore to Illashe
Lot 2 Construction/Rehabilitation of Primary healthcare Centres
(i) Imoore Town
(ii) Irede Town
(iii) Iyagbe Town
(iv) Satllite Town
Lot 3: Construction of Perimetre Fence
(i) Ijegun Egba Primary Health Care Centre
Lot 4: Supply and Installation of ICT Equipment at the Council Secreatiate
Lot 5: Construction of Police Post at Irede Town
Lot 6: Construction/Rehabilitation of Primary School Building at:
(i) Ilashe Sea Beach
(ii) Ibeshe Sea Beach
Lot 7: Construction of Type “A” Micro Water Station at:
(i) Prision Staff Quarters, Kirikiri Town
(ii) Ibeshe Barracks
Lot 8: Construction of Drains & Road
(i) Abuja Lane, Ijegun
(ii) Moshalashi Street, Gojere
The tender document including Bills of Quantities and drawings where applicable, specifications are available at the office of the Council Engineer in the Council Secretariat address as shown above. Notice: The value of the contract is what determines the Tender fee. Completed Tender Documents should be accompanied with the under listed particular and details;
1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Photocopies of three years Tax Clearance Certificate including the current year
3. Two copies of certificate of Registration with both Lagos State and Oriade Local Council Development Area
4. Evidence of previous similar projects undertaken
5. Time of Completion
6. Payment of Development Levy
7. Tender should be enclosed in an envelope, sealed and addressed to:
The Secretary to the Local Government, Oriade Local Council Development Area, Minimum Adio Badmus Road, Ijegun Egba Road, Via Satellite Town, Lagos State.
It should be marked “ Tender for Lot”—————– (Lot Number) as stated above and to be dropped in the Tender Box at the Office of the Secretary to the Local Government (S.L.G) on or before 16th April, 2012.
The Local Government is not bound to accept the lowest or the highest Bidder of give reason for rejecting any tender. Any tender received other than in manner prescribed above will not be entertained or considered.
