Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender for the Construction of Classroom Blocks, Drilling of Hand Pump Fitted Boreholes
and the Supply Teachers Table/Hair and ECDE Furniture Under the Use 2011 1st , 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Quarter Intervention
Reputable and interested contractors with relevant working experience are hereby invited by the Bauchi State Universal Basic Education Board to bid for the following categories:-
- Construction of model 3 Classrooms with officer room.
- Construction of blocks of 2 Classrooms with officer and store.
- UBE Standardized 3 seater Desk.
- Teacher table furniture.
- ECCDE Furniture.
- Drilling of hand Pump Fitted Boreholes.
- Construction of VIP Toilet 4 Pits.
2. To qualify for the bidding the following document are
required:
i) Certificate of incorporation of company with corporate Affairs Commission
ii) Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with the Bauchi State Government.
iii). Tax clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years,
iv) Evidence of financial strength of the Company,
v). Availability of plants and Equipments to execute the works.
3. Pre-qualification document should be sealed and marked
Confidential and addressed to the Executive Chairman. Bauchi State Universal Basic Education Board. AJIYA Adamu Road, Near Awalah Hotel Roundabout, P.M.B. 0109, Bauchi, Bauchi State.
4. This is only an invitation for pre- qualification but not for tender and is valid after on or before 29th December, 2011.
5. Only successful contractor will be contracted for tendering after screening please.
