Invitation for Pre-Qualification as Consultants for the Preparation of Contract Documents for Proposed Ultra Modern Mega Motor Park at Gombe
The Gombe State Government intends to construct Gombe Ultra Modern Mega Motor Park as proposed under the 2012 appropriation law.
The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Housing and Transport hereby invites interested qualified Consultants to Apply for Pre-qualification to tender for the preparation of Contract Documents including Quality Control Plan, Construction Programme Schedule, Health and Safety Plan e.t.c for Gombe Ultra Modern Mega Motor Park.
Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested companies are to include the following in their application:-
1) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
2) Evidence of Registration with Gombe state Government as Contractors/ Consultants;
3) Company’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three(3) years;
4) Value Added Tax(VAT) Registration;
5), Evidence of Financial capability to execute this project e.g. Audited Accounts for the last three(3) years and letter of reference from Bankers;
6) Evidence of similar projects handled;
7) Company Profile
8) List of key staff with copies of educational qualifications and evidence of license Professional Registration.
Pre- qualification will be in accordance with the procedures set out in the guidelines for Due Process in Gombe state.
Submission of Bids
The documents must be accompanied with a Bank Draft of N25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira) only Non-refundable fee in the name of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Transport Gombe State; in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Pre-qualification Document for the Consultancy Services for Gombe Ultra Modern Mega Motor Park”. This is to be addressed to.

Gombe State and submitted not later than 12:00 noon on 19th December 2011.
Pre-qualification submissions will be publicly opened in the Conference Room, Ministry of Housing and Transport at 3:00pm.
NOTE
Please note that this is not an invitation for tender. Only pre-qualified Consultants will be invited to tender for the Consultancy Services.
