Invitation to Pre-Qualify for the Execution of 2011 Capital and Recurrent ICT Projects
A. Introduction:
The Independent National Electoral Commission invites interested, registered and reputable contractors with relevant experience and good track records to bid for any or all of the under listed projects.

B. Pre-Qualification Requirement
Interested companies are required to submit the following documents:
(i) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
(ii) 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate (2008-2010);
(iii) VAT registration and past remittances;
(iv) Last three (3) years Company’s Audited Account (2008, 2009, and 2010)
(v) Details of experience / technical qualification of key personnel
(vi) Evidence of Registration with PENCOM, NHIS etc and contributions on behalf of employees
(vii) Evidence of technical capability and experience with similar jobs
C. General Information
i. The closing date for submission of the bid document shall be Monday 3rd October, 2011 by 4:00pm.
ii. The pre-qualification documents submitted on or before the closing date and time shall be opened at Commission premises on Wednesday 5th October 2011 by 11:00am
iii. Only firms that are successful from the Pre-qualification exercise will be contacted and invited for financial bids
iv. Companies who had earlier responded to our Pre-qualification advert for the printing of permanent voters Card need not to apply

D. Submission of Pre Qualification Documents
All submission must be delivered in four (4) bounded copies in sealed envelope marked Pre-Qualification Documents for the (indicate the project title at the top right hand corner of the envelope) and addressed to:
