1.0 Invitation to Tender
Furtherance to our earlier advertisement of 20th July 2010. The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) intends to undertake the renovation and rehabilitation works of all its Hajj Reception Centres across the country, hereby invites all those who have applied for pre-qualification to serve as contractors, should collect Bid Documents from the Secretary, Tenders Board of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) from 12 noon, Thursday 28th October, 2010, after payment of a non-refundable fee of N 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand Naira only).
2.0 Scope of Work
Renovations/Rehabilitation works to cover the following Hajj Reception Centres:
LOT1: Yola Reception Centre
LOT2: Maiduguri Reception Centre
LOT 3; Sokoto Reception Centre
LOT4: Kano Reception Centre
LOT 5: Ilorin Reception Centre Port Harcourt Reception Centre
3.0 Submission of Tender
Interested companies are to submit their tender documents in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender for Y2010 Projects” indicating the projects/Lots of interest to the Secretary of the Tenders Board, National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Sokoto House, No. 1, First Avenue Road, off Ahmadu Bello Way, Central Business District Abuja.
