Invitation for Pre-Qualification To Tender

The Ministry of Education, Borno State invites applications from qualified and reputable Companies and Contractors for pre-qualification for the following: projects:

Lot. A – Construction of School buildings including Classrooms & other facilities for 1 no. Sangaya Model School (Boarding) at Dikwa and 1 No. Day Model Tsangaya school at Monguno.

Lot   B – Procurement of assorted educational materials and Equipment, (for details contact the secretary Ministry of Education Tenders Board)

2.       Pre-Qualification Requirement:

To qualified for consideration, interested Companies or firms are required to submit the following veritable documents:

1. Incorporation/ Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CA)
2. Evidence of Registration with Borno State Government as Contractor on Category ‘F’ and with the Borno State Ministry of Education, Maiduguri.
3. Current Tex clearance Certificate in the last three (3) years
4. Company VAT Registration Certificate for the last three (3) years
5. Company profile and qualification of some keys officers of the organization
6. A letter of ability to perform from your Banker(s)
7. Evidence of experience on similar jobs.

Submission Of Bibs Documents:

The completed Tender documents are to be submitted to Director, Planning Research and statistics. Borno State Ministry of Education, Maiduguri, on or before 8^th October 2010.

4.       Opening of Tender Documents:

Opening of tenders for per-qualifications will be on 12^th OCTOBER, 2010. This notice will serve as an invitation to attend the opening of tender document from all concern.

NB: The Ministry reserve the right to reject part orb the entire submission which does not comply with the above provision and will not enter into any correspondence with any intending contractor please,
