Invitation for Tender
Tenders are invited from reputable contractors for the Construction and Rehabilitation of the under –mentioned jobs in the College:
Lot i. Rehabilitation of 1 No Classroom for JSS1
Lot ii. Rehabilitation of 1 No Classroom for JSS2
Lot iii. Rehabilitation of 1 No Hostel Block for Boys
Lot iv. Rehabilitation of 1 No Hostel Block for Girls
Lot v. Construction of hostel block for boys
2. 0. All applicants are to pay a non -refundable Tender fee of N10. 000, 00 for each tender in Bank Draft in favour of THE PRINCIPAL, FGC IKOM.
Closing Date for submission and opening of Tender is 2nd August 201 3 by 10.am. Each tender should be bided for and submitted in a separate envelope addressed to THE CHAIRMAN, SCHOOL TENDER BOARD, FGC, IKOM.
3.0 Tenderers are requested to visit the site at FGC Ikom for collection of Tender Documents before Tendering.
4. 0 Qualification to Tender, Interested contractors should submit the following information/documents along with their proposals;
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Evidence of similar contract executed in the last (3) three years.
- Evidence of financial capacity/strength to execute projects,
- Evidence of Registration and remittance to Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
- Evidence of Registration and remittance to Pension Commission of Nigeria(PENCOM)
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, to be valid to December, 31st 2012.
- VAT Clearance Certificate,
- Evidence of Payment of non-refundable tender fee of N1 0,000.00 in favour of THE PRINCIPAL, FGC, IKOM
- Any additional information that enhances the chance of the Company/Contractor.
Please note that no successful bidders will be given more than two contracts.
Interested member of the public are hereby invited to the proceedings of the tender opening on the 2nd August, 201 3 at the College compound.
