The Code of Conduct Tribunal hereby invites expression of interest from public firms / organizations of good repute to apply for execution of the under-listed projects in the Headquarter Office, State, Zonal Offices and Official residences located in Abuja for the years 2013.
1. Purchase of Office furniture and fittings
2. Purchase of Fire Fighting Equipment
3. Purchase of security Equipment
4. Construction/Provision of Office Building
5. Rehabilitation/Repairs of Residential Buildings
6. Rehabilitation/Repairs of office Building
Important Notice:
Interested firms /companies are by this advertisement invited to submit prequalification documents with other relevant document such as:-
a) Comprehensive Company Profile
b) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
c) Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
d) Evidence of payment of VAT
e) Copy of Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years.
f) Evidence of similar job done in the last four (4) years.
All to be submitted on or before 25th April 2013 to: Secretary Tenders Board, Code of Conduct Tribunal, Plot 89 Sector Centre B Cadastral Zone B16 Jabi district, Abuja on or before 2p.m, on 25th April, 2013 which is also the Tenders Opening day. All Tenders are invited.
NB: Tenders should note that only prequalified firms would be invited to submit financial bids. The Tribunal reserves the right to reject any or all prequalification documents.
