1. Invitation to Tender for Supply of Technical Equipment, Tools and Materials for the Technical Colleges in the State
2. Oyo State Board for Technical and Vocational Education (BOTAVED) hereby invites Reputable Contractors to Tender for:
Procurement of Technical Equipment, Tools and Materials for the five (5) Government Technical Colleges in the State
3. Bid Requirement:
Interested contractors are to submit the following documents:
(i) Evidence of Registration with Bureau Public Procurement,
Government Office, Secretariat, Ibadan.
(ii) Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs
Commission,
(iii) Tax Clearance Certificate of at least 2 Directors covering the last 3 Years,
(iv) Evidence of current Registration of Business Premises with Oyo State Government,
(v) Evidence of similar projects successfully executed in the past.
4. Tender Fees:
Interested Bidders can pick up tender documents from the Technical and Vocational Education Department of BOTAVED upon payment of tender fees into Main Street Bank, Dugbe, Ibadan. Account Number: 7100003341 as detailed below:

5. Submission of Completed Bid Documents:
All application must be submitted in triplicates, in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “OYO/BOTAVED/EQP BIDS/2012” with LOT numbers clearly stated and shall be addressed and delivered to the address below on or before Monday 24th December 2012 from 8.00am to 4.00pm daily:
