Public Notice

Further to our full-page, colour public notice in THE NATION and DAILY TRUST newspapers of Thursday, 13^th September 2012 with the caption “Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for the Provision of Facilities for Bauchi Technical Center”, the Nigeria Football Federation hereby clarifies:

A)      That bidding companies DO NOT need to show evidence of registration with the Federal Ministry of Works and the Nigeria Football Federation, and therefore would NOT be assessed based on this;

B)      That Responses need NOT be collated in the same sequence as in the said advertisement;

C)      That all submissions for pre-qualification MUST reach the Office of General Secretary, Nigeria Football Federation NOT LATER than 12pm on Tuesday, 27^th December, 2012. Please note that while all applicants shall be informed of the pre-qualification results, ONLY pre-qualified applicants shall be invited to bid;

D)      That all received Bids/Documents will be opened at 2pm on Tuesday, 26^th February, 2013 inside the Conference Room of Nigeria Football Federation, Plot 2033, Olusegun Obasanjo Way, Zone 7, Wuse, Abuja and;

E)      That all Tenders should contain an envelope of size 110mm x 215mm marked with the statement; “Tender Fee” with a Bank Draft or certified cheque for the sum of N50, 000 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) as a non-refundable administrative processing fee, payable to Nigeria Football Federation.
