Intervention
Invitation to Tender
1.0 The Procurement Committee of Federal College of Education (Technical) Omoku, Rivers State hereby invites interested and competent companies with reputable experience for timely delivery of projects to Tender for the following Merged 2011/2012 TETFUND Library intervention:
1. Procurement of 1358Nos of Assorted Text Books and 396 Nos. Journal
2. Library software (KOHA) installation and Training
3. Internet service provider (ISP) for 1 year
4. Computers and Accessories
5. Library Furniture’s
6. Library Equipments
2.0 All interested bidders are to:
i) Pay a non-refundable fee of N20,00
ii) Collect tender documents from the procurement unit on presentation of the payment receipt for non-refundable tender fee.
3.0 The areas to be covered are indicated in the tender documents.
4.0 The completed tender documents should be accompanied by the following documents
iii) Certificate of incorporation
iv) Current Tax clearance certificate
v) VAT certificate
vi) Certificate of Registration with the Federal Ministry of works or Federal College of Education (Technical) Omoku.
5.0 All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked at the top left hand corner “The Project Title” and addressed to:

6.0 The submission of bids shall close on 4th December 2012 at 12noon and all bidders are invited to witness the opening of the bids on the same day and time at the multi-purpose hall
